Any refund request failing to meet all of these requirements will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
Refund request can be initiated in two ways
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days after you have submitted your request.
Refunds for payments made through the Payment Gateway may take up to one week. If there are problems, the process could sometimes take longer. The customer is responsible for paying all fees.
– If a customer cancels an order in accordance with our cancellation policy, they are responsible for paying the gateway fees (unless we made a mistake).
